Hey eds n red. i think i would like see Henderson and Emre swap positions. i feel like it would best suit both of them. Emre is going to be a much more solid CDM in the long term compared to Henderson, and i feel like Henderson has more goals, creativity and pressing in his skillset then Emre in that higher CM position. before the Watford game i did think that with no Lallana and Coutinho and with 5 first team strikers, the natural thing to do would have been to have Firmino move back to midfield to play that pressing creative midfielder, and go with Origi or Solanke as striker. after the team selection it pretty much made my mind up that Klopp only see's Firmino as a front 3 player which is disappointing as i think he could flourish there. what are the eds and reds thoughts on this.? Would you like to see a midfield set up with Emre holding and Henderson and Firmino ahead of him or do you have a different idea that could help us.? Hope all is well.

{Ed001's Note - I would prefer to see them as an old fashioned central midfield pair who share the responsibilities amongst themselves. Why can't they do both?}

Ed, that is the exact setup we had in the first half vs Bayern and they were quite complimentary as one woul go, the other would drop and vice versa, with Cou behind the striker firmino. I think this was Klopp's midfield 3 going into the season until Cou's crap happen.

OP, I don't know if Bobbie will be good in the no. 10 role behind the striker as he may have great vision and awareness but not the type required to play the no. 10 position as decision-making is critical when you play there.

They can't do both because they can't do both. I've always argued that hendo should be freed to play higher up the pitch. Him and can protected by Lucas was my pick for the midfield when Stevie G was hanging around weighing the team down in his last year. both are youn, heading towards their prime. They should be let loose!
