Less than 3 hours to go fellow fans. I reckon we are in for one hell of a season.

Thoughts on who will be our stand out player this season?

I am going with Salah.

Depends on how you measure "stand out" but if the definition is most consistent and important to the success of the team I'm going for Gini.

I think this season is going to see a record number of goals, but I mean like the previous record will be smashed. Even that game last night, that was 2 teams who either can't or don't care about defending. Will be very entertaining I think, if it's a shoot out we'd be in with a chance.
As for us, I'm excited about salah I have to say, IF certain individuals can stay mostly fit I think we'll do well. A lot down to mane and salah I suspect, fingers crossed!

Sturridge, he is going to stay fit and bang in 30+ goals. Maybe.

Would agree with Salah, he's going to score loads, but really think Firmino could genuinely break that 20 goal barrier with the amount of tap ins we will create.
Similar to the Suarez, Sterling, Sturridge season, Sturridge had so many goals put on a plate by the direct running of Suarez.

Firmino for me, he works like nobody else and its never just mindless running. He has a good shot, can pass the ball, he reads the game good both attacking and defending. I also think Emre Can will have a great season if he stays fit and start matches, please LFC give him a contract suited for a German international.

I think we've always seen the best of bobby when he's been playing with couts. Hopefully he'll strike up a good partnership with salah.
