Good afternoon ED01 and ED02.

A lot has being going on in the last 24hrs or so in regards to rumoured transfers and offers being submitted and rejected.

I have read the site thoroughly but could not find any such confirmation from you guys in regards to what is being reported in the news etc.

Do you know if this so called Barcelona "Delegation" actually submitted an increased offer from there first offer fro Countinho at the Liverpool Offices in Hartford, and in turn has been rejected by LFC representatives? (I am not interested in the amounts)

Apologies if you have already confirmed this, there has been that much traffic on the site since yesterday its hard to keep up it all of the time, especially in work.

{Ed002's Note - A second offer was made that Liverpool declined. The Liverpool offices are in London. The Hartford offices belong to a company that spend their days sifting through football web sites, blogs, newspapers etc., to determine how the club (or another clint's club or team) is percieved by the poublic for the purposes of helping to maintain a good image. They have been recruiting recently to deal with additional work that has been handed their way by the likes of Liverpool, teams worried about the Mitchell Report, and no doubt others that I cannot think of at the moment.}

Tony Barrett being the guy Liverpool have employed as a Liaison between the club and fans / season ticket holders?

I read somewhere he will be starting fan forums throughout the season to listen to what they have to say about the club, ground, ticket prices etc

Which I thought was brave because all he will get is negativity and moaning I would imagine
