I mentioned ruddiger a few weeks before Chelsea signed him and now I look at bakayoko and I have to question why we didn't sign those two instead of this saga with VVD and keita. A quality CAB and defensive mid. If there is no deal to be done for keita now do the deal and loan him there for a year if he is rated that highly by klopp. People need to realise we have grugic and ings which are two new players for all intense and purpose. And woodburn needs games this year as he's going to be special if he gains experience.

I think the above poster means we buy him for let's say the release clause of £48m then loan him back to Leipzig for the season and he become a lfc player as of next season. I think in a crazy way makes sense as if he has another great season there then we don't have to worry about Barcelona or other big teams competing with us for signature because he will already be our player. I suppose it dangerous tho as we might not finish in top 4 have no champs league and he might not want to be at us if that the case.

I thought one of lfc's potentiol leverage poinrs was that keita could leave for less next season. I can't recall why but maybe cos closer to end of contract? Anyways, the dude is saying pay this year's alleged value and loan him nack to rbl as goodwill for the season. Lol it is an interesting idea.
