Hi Eds,

I've checked the search but haven't seen anything mentioned for a while with regards to any right backs we may be looking at? I'm not a fan of Clyne and think he needs replacing, or at least some good competition. Are we still looking at improving this position?

Also, with both Van Dijk and Keita looking increasingly unlikely to happen, have we looked at any alternatives in their positions, or is it a case of aquiring these guys, or nobody?

Is Trent Alexander-Arnold not good enough competition? I don't see an urgent need to spend money on a RB now when we have TAA and indeed Milner who could both push Clyne for the spot next year.

As the Ed's have said before, our fullbacks are vital to our game, and what we have is two bang average options in Clyne and Milner (I'd probably argue Clyne is below average) and a young, unproven player in TAA. I don't think we should settle for average when we're hoping to push for a title challenge next season. I would like to see the same sort of ambition we're showing with the pursuit of Keita, Personally I was very disappointed with the signing of Robertson.
