So let's say we won't get Keita this summer, and they will be more willing to sell next summer, is it possible for the two teams to reach an agreement this summer for Liverpool to have 1st refusal on the player when they decide to sell?

There would be many more clubs willing to splash monkey on the player next summer. We stand no chance!

To splash the monkey? Some clubs really will do anything to get their player. Must be Man United.
