Macca if you're about pal . do you still expect us to sign keita or are you thinking otherwise due to them not budging with our second bid being knocked back? Really looks like they digging their heels in over this transfer from the outside. are we planning a further bid? Or we looking for alternatives? If the owner of RB Leipzig has come out and rejected a bid of £66million and sed he's not going anywhere as he's under contract till 2020 I just think it's not going to happen and we need to move on now. I'm more worried about Can still not signing his contract.

Or give Grujic and Ejaria more chances in the first team. If we cannot get Keita, then better to give two fantastic talents within our ranks a fair shot than settle for a inferior alternative to Keita.

Both are better than any of the dross Everton have got right now. Grujic will drill a big hole through your midfield and Ejaria has more talent in his right boot than Gana.

{Ed025's Note - come on mate you know thats not true, grujic and ejaria are nowhere near playing for liverpool on a regular basis and there is a reason for that ...they are both crap!, expect them to be loaned out to the championship which is their level..

I'm not giving up until the window shuts. be happy to have Robinson salah Solanke as our only business but i feel we have to replace Lucas. Stewart and Gomez are good young players albeit unproven and in Gomez case returning from a major injury. The question is can we rely on them for 20 games a piece. If so, what are we signing someone for? If no, who are we signing? For me the window could shut today and I like our chances but obviously we need players to improve the side. Why not keita? Why not VVD? I actually love the targets we are after but if we can't get them we still need players in those positions.
