Gary Medel Inter to Trabzonbur £5 million aged 30 surly worth a punt at that cracking player can play DCM or CH a bit old I know but bags of experience and bite something that's lacking in our squad, for 5 million in the current environment a no brainer! IMO.

Was watching Medel play last night for Chile.
What role/ position was he actually playing? I always classed him as a deep midfielder but last night he seemed to be playing a lot deeper, more of a sweeper behind the defense. kinda like a Matheus role.

He played as a CB for inter and he was poor. Medal would add nothing at liverpool.

Harry, then you know nothing of how good individually Medel actually is. I've watched Inter play since the three Germans (Matthaus, Brehme and Klinsmann) were playing there and they are rank crap right now in spite of players like Medel, Perisic, Joao Mario, Banega, Icardi and the list goes on. Medel is a player I would sign for LFC right now if possible cos he can play the hybrid CB/ DM position with ease.
