Eds I've just read that keita has said he would only leave Leipzig for city, Barcelona or Real Madrid and he doesn't see Liverpool as a big enough club.
Do you know if this is true?

Ha I really don't know if ed is taking the mickey r if that is his actual answer. Joes, I'm not sure that's what he said. Wasn't it just that he could see himself at a big club like barca, Madrid or city. Though how he can put city in the same sentence as those I don't know. We are as big as city.

Err, that's a quote from over a year ago mate, and never did he mention "only". He was giving examples for the clubs he would like to join one day.

Kopdog We May Be As Big As City But What We Are Willing To Pay In Wages Is Nowhere Near As Big. So I Can Understand Why We MY Not Included In That Statement. Particularly If Its Written By His Agent 😀.

Players have short careers, their definition of a big club is different to a fans.

The quote was over a year ago before/ after he moved to RBL from RB Salzburg. There's not much to read into it, really. Players/ agents talk a lot of stuff all the time so getting hung up on what they say is just not worth the effort.
