Afternoon all, Eds I was just wondering what John Aldridge has to gain by saying VVD should go on strike at southampton? after the embarrasment of the tapping uo being leaked i should imagine he would be best keepng his mouth shut on the situation.

I understand that Ed but let's say if VVD handed in a transfer request in the next few days could Southampton go even further in asking for a investigation on the club? Just like the last person who leaked klopps involvement in the tapping up, could they not see it as Aldridge new a bout a strike from VVD if it where to happen?
