I think he will be a great manager.
He has all the experience you could want in the game, he's worked with some great managers for club and country. I read his interview this week talking about football being a game of intelligence rather than physicality. He's a real student of the game.
If he's got the passion, he'll be a fantastic manager IMO.

I can only completely agree with all the above, Xabi has been exemplary as a pro and one of the finest passers of a football I've ever had the pleasure of watching, will be remembered for all the right reasons.

Ron may be right that he could be a great manager as you don't play as long as he did at the highest level if you are not a smart, tactically astute and intelligent player. However, will he be a good manager? No guarantees on that, for sure.
