I still think he will stay for another season. He is still a kid and won't be able to fully be part of the first team squad as he has school I think (I think it was Ed002 herself who alluded to this)

God I hope we sign him, the kid is special. Can't handle another season of Milner cutting in on his right slowing down every possible attack before lofting the ball into the air with no pace into the keepers gloves.

He'd be a great signing but also needs the time to develop. He's a kid with bags of talent and great potential but he needs the time (and freedom) to settle in, learn (which involves making mistakes) and mature into what he is capable of becoming without people getting on his back.

@King Carlos - I think we need to look beyond Milner, as first-teamer or substitute, if we really want to sort out our defensive issues. He is certainly not the only culprit but a part of a fractured unit that needs upgrading. If Milner acts as cover then we will have the same issues at left-back when he is called upon to cover - I can't see the point of that.

Sign Pereira for Clyne and Sessegnon for Moreno - play Milner and TAA at RB and Pereira and Sessegnon at LB

Two seniors and two up and coming talents to play in cups/ rotate, and both Pereira and Milner can play both sides.
