Fingers crossed Huddersfield get promoted this season, there's every chance they'd take Ward on loan again which would be ideal as he'd get a year of prem football so we could asses what to do with him in the long term.

That would be a shame, if he had a season with a prem team next season then the following season if it goes well him and karius could fight it out for the no.1 jersey. They're roughly the same age aren't they? Plus play a similar style to us from what I'm told although I haven't seen them play much.

Ward should be challenging for the no 1 spot with us, not being loaned out or moved on as the latter seems more likely. I don't understand LFC at times. We have good youth players who should be given more chances, not buying more and more players who then come in and struggle.

Mark my words, Ward will never come back and get a game for Liverpool. Even if he did, why wouldn't he fight it out with Mignolet? What's Karius done to deserve suddenly be the one to fight it out?
