Here's the weekly U23s, sorry it's a little late!
We beat Spurs yesterday afternoon 3-2 and we came back from 2-0 down. An excellent result for the young boys and hopefully one that can give us a bit of momentum and lift us to catch Everton.
We fielded a strong lineup with the likes of Alexander-Arnold, Woodburn, Ojo, Gomez, Stewart and Wilson starting.
Harry Wilson got us back into it by scoring a penalty won by Trent Alexander-Arnold then Ojo scored a beauty just after half time to equalise. This boy has got some potential!
Stewart scored the winner late on as Alexander-Arnold assisted.
I'm not sure who got man of the match but there were a number of excellent performances. On a side note, Wilson's goal took him his goal tally to 22 for the season, not bad eh?
Huddersfield away is up next in the Premier League Cup on Sunday.

Wilson should be starting against Spurs.

He should certainly be in the squad imo mate, perhaps a starting place would be too much of a jump right now. Alexander-Arnold is the one I believe should be starting.

Why would it be too much. He cannot be worse than Lallana and he is an actual winger. Play him on the left. He has pace and eye for a goal, What more you want from a winger? Unless you don't play these youngsters you are never going to see their real talent.
