I said last summer that we needed a cavalho, kante, medal type player and my opinion still hasn't changed. Wow what a difference has Kante made to Chelsea. And at 30 mill what a snip when you think Pogba was 90mill. I think it was Ed2 who first pointed him out if so well done to you sir.

Kantes a freak of nature. A joke tbh the impace he has made at both clubs.

Dont think carvalho/ medel etc would make that kind of impact.

Kantes probably at this current time the worlds best cm player. Gets into any team in the world rigut now over any other player.

There aren't many of them knocking around.

Still don't see how clubs didn't launch ludicrous offers at it especially the chanpionsleague clubs.

One of the few players who noone would sniff if he oicked up 500k a week.

Kante is the second best signing by Chelsea after Makelele and by the end of this season his position will be known as the Kante role. He is like a machine who could do anything. He will become a unique player to win back to back league title with two different teams successively. I would have personally sold half of the club to sign him.

I raised the need of a specialist holding mid in the summer but was squashed by the A list posters of double pivot and blah blah. Had we spend that £25 mill on Carvalho we would have not conceded these many goals.

Carvalho will not cost 25m. If he was worth that, he would have left Sporting ages ago.
