Eds do you know of any transfer targets Liverpool had for this window? Thought the club would try to make at least 1 signing to push us on for the title mostly needed a centre back maybe the quality targets were just unavailable and we are saving for the summer hopefully Michael Edwards is a better negotiator than Ian Ayre

Centre back is a position where Liverpool has plenty of options with two arriving last summer. Can you please explain what Mr Ayre has specifically done wrong? Ed klopp is far from unaccountable for are form off late his team selection and no use of are young wingers when we clearly have missed mane is big errors. I no jan is hard to get anyone in sobig it doesn't happen then summer ithas to be.

I'm not trashing ayre he improved the clubs marketability hugely with all the sponsors but his handling of some of the transfer negotiations in the past haven't been good ed surely you agree? Texiera, Konoplyanka, Mkhitaryan, Willian, etc . all missed out on due to bad negotiations in my eyes but all I hope is Michael Edwards can do better on that side
