My opinion here, but if klopp is going to play one way (high press with forwards that are more attacking mids) we need to sell Sturridge and origi. They are forwards that make the lateral runs to draw defenders out. Sturridges movement off the ball in particular is wonderful to watch. But if we're never to play to their strengths, we need to sell them for the sake of their careers and so we can find someone more suited.

When I first started to read this I almost stopped but your not wrong. I'm usually not really bothered about tactics as long as the results are good ones, recently that's not happening so tactics need to be fiddled with, let's have trust in Klopp, he'll make it right (I hope) - I for one was so frustrated yesterday but can't dwell on that, onwards and upwards :)

I expect Sturridge to go in the summer.

I agree we need high intensity players to make the team click. Origi is young but I think can play that way, Sturridge I fear may never adapt enough but I think we need to give him the chance. If not by the summer then a sale and bringing in another top striker would make sense.

If we are going to play that style we need proper dominant defenders.

Yeah to be honest what is the point in holding onto sturridge? Can someone please tell me? The guy does nothing, then has a flash for about 20 mins every other month. We are holding onto an asset that could help us spend abit of money on someone who can actually help us.

Not sure with sturridge whether it's klopp style or his application but either way klopps the boss so sturridge needs to go. He doesn't have any impact from bench so may aswell part ways.

Origi has shown more allthough is hit and miss but he's a kid still, it's easy to forget that origi is a boy so give him all the time he needs.
