I'll take that despite their late goal - a point against an in form Utd and we looked like we were really up for the fight and also moved the ball quicker through midfield. I also thought we were better with Firmino upfront. Firmino just seems to bring something to our pressing game and you could immediately see him and Coutinho starting to click again.

Both sides created good chances and probably a fair result. Only 7 behind Chelsea and hopefully with Coutinho and Hendo back we can start to find a bit of the form of earlier in the season.

Firmino is out of the world. The guy runs and presses with the same high intensity and energy levels from the first minute till the last. The guy reminds me of Cafu, the legendary Brazilian RB who played as if he had two hearts (Fergie`s words) up and down the right flank through out his career. His perf today shows why Studge will never play ahead of him in games where the press will be crucial.

{Ed025's Note - hes a good player hamilton, i dont know about "out of this world" but hes a grafter all right..

he would be out of this world IF he could finish HR, what a great chance he passed up when couts put him through, his current record is 1 in the last 12 and that's not good enough mate, sturridge may not work as hard but at least he can finish, thankfully countinho is back and as we saw yesterday he makes such a difference to us.

A lot of people keep saying Sturridge can finish and would have finished this chance or that, but in all honesty we haven't seen that Sturridge for a while, walks around the pitch, spends far too much time outside the box, makes no runs in behind any more, thinks he can take everyone on and twist and turn out of trouble only to lose the ball, and predominantly shoots from outside the box. When was the last time we saw him run full pelt, with or without the ball? This has nothing to do with
Unfortunately I think the injuries have taken their toll on Sturridge, this isn't a Sturridge bashing post, it more a concern that we may have seen the best of him, hopefully he'll prove me wrong, but his recent performances have left me feeling underwhelmed and frustrated and I just don't see him being around next season.

If you could mix the 2 of them together.

Carlsberg don't do strikers.

Maybe I did not clarify my post. I meant Bobbie is out of this world regarding his unbelievable work rate and ability to maintain his high energy levels for 95 mins hence, the comparison with Cafu.

{Ed025's Note - i will have that hamilton..
