We lack pace on the flanks and not skill through the middle which we have in abundance with Coutinho. Sanchez on the other hand would take us to a whole new level.

True Harry, that's one player id love to see at Liverpool is Sanchez but it'll never happen. Ozil is a great player but not for us, plus I doubt they'd sell to us anyway.

I expect Sanchez to leave in the summer but not Ozil.

Me too, I'd love to see us go in for him, especially if we lost a top player. I just can't see it happening, his wage demands alone would put us off.

Wenger's retiring?

Why they would want to downgrade from arsenal to us I have no idea and I doubt we could get close to matching their wages. Too much FIFA me thinks

Lerchy, y would joining us be downgrade considering we are Most likely be playing Champions league next season? And this in view of Wenger leaving.

Sanchez turned us down for london would he change that view now klopp is here? Maybe could we match his wage demands? I doubt it as much as id love Sanchez to join us i can't see it.

I know what you mean, Stevie, having Sanchez as well would give us so many options up front.

However, the London thing, he would obliterate our current wage structure, would cost a bomb, and I think we'd struggle keeping him, Firmino, Mane, Origi and Sturridge all happy, as well as allowing opportunities for Ojo, Woodburn, Erajia etc.

I'm with Ed001 and a few other posters in that I would like our reinforcements more at the back. The other thread on Hendo has also got me thinking about whether Stewart or Lucas can operate close enough to his level to cover?

Ozil is being slagged off as a lazy player who can`t be bothered to get stuck in and fight for the shirt in big games so why would he be good for us in a system where high energy, work rate, getting stuck in and showing fight, are huge parts of Klopp`s ethos?

We need more reinforcements like a CB to partner Matip, an LB (if Milner can`t play there anymore), another Hendo-type midfielder to deputize for him and another winger who can play on either wing to help mane and Couts.

Now as for Sanchez, he is the ONLY player I would want Klopp to rob the Federal Reserve for. He is that Special.
