I'm a Liverpool fan from Plymouth, driving up for the 1St time to a game (normally train or coach) and wondering where's the best place to park please? Hoping to smash the green army to rub it on mates faces haha, thanks

If you can get to Goodison car park early, then that's the best, not a long walk to stadium and normally filters out within 20mins.

Ask the scallies to mind the car for you.

For £2.50 they will disappear and appear again ninety minutes later.

Drove on new years eve for city match and goodison was dead handy . £15 was a bit steep, but the blues need every penny they can get

The last time I went to Anfield (this is a while ago as Rafa was manager) we parked in some blokes back garden. He had basically dug it out. We were surprised to see it still there when we returned. Only cost £5.

last time i went there parked in the city center and took a taxi to anfield and the worst part was woy hodgson was the manager.

{Ed001's Note - you can walk from the city centre, I used to, after I went there once on an errand and had to go the game from there and we won. So I would travel all the way from Bootle (within easy walking distance of Anfield), on the train, just to walk from the city centre every time. Superstition is a bitch at times!}

Ed1 i know a good psychologist that can help you with that little problem you have. 😉

{Ed001's Note - cheers mate, I will bear that in mind. Just to clarify which little problem are you referring to?}

Ed, the one where you belive random non related instances in your life affect the performance of a group of young men to win football games. Im sure you have many other nurosis' but maybe not suitable for airing on a public forum.

My psychologist thinks im certifiable but i muddle through. 😃

{Ed001's Note - not sure what you mean. That is not a problem, it is a fact. Have I never told you how my ex (who shall never be forgiven) cost us the title by washing my top?}

My ex wife once washed something of mine, now that i think about it you were a lucky fella at least she cared enough to wash something of yours despite it costing us the title the harpy. Damn, the nurosis is catching.

{Ed001's Note - it was not lucky, we were walking the league until she washed my lucky gravy stain off! We ended up 6th. Hadn't lost a game in months, then she washed it and bam, we folded. Evil. She is pure evil.}
