Expect Can / lucas to start with fresher legs, which will probably be forced in any case if hendo is ruled out. And also expect to see one of origi promoted to starting core possibly for firmino or lallana into that front 3.
Otherwise to be honest I'm not expecting too many changes as Klopp may decide to go with the largely the same crew given plymouth is 6 days away which will probably feature a few squad players anyways. So may decide that our starting core are resiliant enough to see us through sunderland.

How far is Coutinho from full fitness? I expect Can to fill the Henderson role and don't rule out Ejaria coming into that midfield. Ojo should be given a go.
Sunderland are awful truly awful and they are sitting at the rock bottom. Conceded 4 yesterday.

Should wins are the ones we take our eye off the ball. Sneaky game straight after a big match against a top 4 rival has banana skin all over it. Arguably would be the greater 3 pts earned in follow up to today's performance!

If hendo isn't fit would go can, lallana and wiji in midfield with firming studge and origi (maybe play the diamond? ) .

If we get to have couts on the bench think this is a big boost!
