Must say I was delighted to see Waro on form and helping the Mancs keep some perspective about their recent upturn in form with a couple of posts on their banter page. I was so delighted I pitched in too to show my support (and to wind them up a little) . Hope fully, after that, we can put on a good show against City.

I hate it when we get called deluded when a Manc is saying that they're going to win two trophies this year including the Europa league and they're going to finish 2nd or 3rd.
We on the other hand are taking things one game at a time. I haven't seen one person get carried away yet. Anyway, I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, so it's nice to have friendly debates with fans of other teams. We all are biased to our own teams anyway.

Da Red Man, agreed. I am not entering into talk of winning the league or even taking a top 4 place for granted. Each game as it comes.
As for united, I agree with Waro - the fixtures are quite kind to them in that fixtures against the top teams are spread out amongst a run of winnable games. I argued on the Mancs banter page at the start of the season about how often they have favourable fixtures at the start of the season.

Managed to score a ticket to lpool man city on saturday in the main stand section L10. in the sandon for a burger an hour before kick off. Anyone been in the L10 part of the main stand before?

Waro, whilst I agreed with your sentiment on the United banter page, I think you're going a bit far trying to push Ed025's buttons. From what I have seen of him, he has a pretty fair and balanced opinion, except when you get him talking about Hendo.

Yeah sorry ed025. i usually agree with a lot of what u say but u came across as "bitter" on your first reply onthe mancs page
If u had spent more time on here over the last few years u would know what waros just having some banter with the mancs, no more than sydney used to give us or Blayne used to give them.
I suggest using the "search function" for disney! And read into the history of the banter on here
After all this is called a liverpool banter site.

Id b intetested to hear what ed001 thinks about the whole banter part of the site. Its been tit for tat for years between teams
The songs sung about each other (not the ones that cross the line) . there's battles going on every week and there's never a one sided affair as its swings and roundabouts.
If the mancs start winning again and the toffees beat us once in the next 100 derbys im sure we'll get loads and crawl back under our rocks. that's surely what its all about?
as frank gallagher would say "it calms us all down and stops us going mental ". in other words wed all get bored and start kicking the crap out of each other like the 80's if we couldn't have a bit of banter at one anothers expense.
At the minute its our turn. live and let live i say.
