In recent weeks I there have been a couple of suicides affecting people I know well. One, a mother losing her young adult son. The other, just this week, a wife and young daughter losing their father. All very heartbreaking, especially at this time of year.
Please, all of you, take the time to give the ones you love an extra tight cuddle and tell them you love them. Life is so precious, sometimes we don't get as much time with the people we hold dear as we hope and wish for.
We might have contrasting views and opinions at times and I know debate can become heated, but we are all reds and that means every single one of you are alright by me.

Young people are expected to do well in a world that's getting harder and harder to survive in, never mind succeed.

I can't say happy Christmas to you Bobby because bereavement is torture for those left behind but God bless.
