what do people think about adama traore from middlesborough? Could he be a good replacement for Mane when he is at the AFCON.

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool cannot sensibly buy a player to simply replace Mane who will be missing three or four games - what would they do with him afterwards?}

thats true. but he would also improve our bench, but would rather see ojo back on the bench when he is fit.

That Traore was shocking for Villa. Not saying that's his measure of him as a player but he was really dreadful.

Clearly, the OP doesn`t know who Adama Traore really is nor why Barcelona got shot of him, he was that dreadful. If he knew, he wouldn`t have posted that question.

Apart from pace Traore offers nothing. He's an awful player. Wouldn't want him anywhere our club. Also I don't get why so many people are calling for us to sign someone to replace Mane when he's at AFCON. Talk about wasting money.

Thanks Ed002, I completely agree, as does Klopp I believe. Ojo, for example, is now 19. If he's not getting the odd start in situations like this (injuries notwithstanding) then why have him here? I do despair about all of the money some fans want us to waste!

Give Ojo and Wilson their shots. They deserve them. If Coutinho recovers on time and slots in back into the team, then we can't be worse off than now. And it's not a bad place to be in.

Adama Traore is a headless chicken. Terrifying pace, excellent feet but absolutely no footballing brain what-so-ever. You saw him encapsulated perfectly in the performance against us - got to the byline a few times after skinning one (or two or three) of our players then dumped the cross out for a goal kick or lingered too long and tried to do too much and lost the ball. He's not good enough. Also apparently has serious attitude problems i. e. doesn't work hard enough in training. I want to see what Ojo can do.
