Just trying to be a voice of reason here, I personally would not drop Karius, BUT, do we not have two keepers for competition and to push each other? Is it not right that when one is in the wrong the other should then step in and hopefully step up? Yeah yeah its Migs but what message does it send to players when they have bad games and still play?
Like i said i'd keep Karius in at least for now as the other option is certainly no upgrade, but I do see the other side of the argument here.
Me personally I don't agree on buying cheap on the keeper front, i know there are no guarantees at any cost but i'd go for proven experience all day at the back.
Heres hoping we get back on track! YNWA.

That's true, we can be very quick to say how bad Mignolet is but he is there for competition and if Karius is underperforming then I suppose Mignolet deserves his chance at redemption (providing he's been good enough in training) . Hopefully if Karius is dropped, it will be for the best and it will bring the best out of him.

It's a daft decision. Goalkeepers are unique in their position and need a certain amount of faith and belief shown from the manager. Mignolet had it for seasons and never improved - Karius has not had it yet and has already been dropped. If his confidence was bad before what will it be like now? Crazy decision.

Reading comments on this and other sites regarding Karius, even talking to lads who have been to games lately saying there were mutterings in the crowd, what a shameful following this club has gathered. They will go to the game and hold up their scarves and sing out loud a song that, it seems for most, means nothing but a good tune.
This is the new world of football fans where pundits tell them what to think just like Simon Cowell tells young girls what music to buy.
I think the desire to win that title is destroying the soul of the club. Poison.
I remember when YNWA actually meant something.

Get what you're saying Ritchie and I agree in principle but not after 2 games. If he's had a mate 4-5 games then fair enough.

I think it's the word "dropped". Rotated would be a better word to use and make it sound less dramatic.

What was the point of putting Neville back in his box just to vindicate him anyway?

think its the right move, Karius needs to be rested, and he will come back stronger, for me, he is very young to be in goal for us, we should have bought a more mature goalie in the summer, but I do believe in time he will turn out to be a top class goalie.

Many in the fan base are out to get him and are quick to pin any poor results on him. Had Fergie and Utd fans done this at this scale to DDG, would they have the world class GK they have now?
