First of al, the season is 14 games old so nobody knows if their key players will be fit al season. Ron is correct. They are in the best form but not the best team all round. Why? We have two key injuries yet we are still winning and picking up points. We'll see if they can do that if they have key injuries. Also today, City were very unlucky to lose as they exposed Chelsea's vaunted 3-4-3 formation at will. The missed their chances and when KDB missed the open goal, that's where the game changed and Chelsea had the players to hurt them on the counter. As for us, we'll b fine as the objective for me, remains CL footie.

City are shambles at the back Hamilton, If not Chelsea someone with a pace up front will drag them to toilet. Simple as that. City are like Liverpool, leave the back
gate open and attack attack and more attack. And when you miss chances you are bound to concede in counter!

That's exactly why I said 'right now' Hamilton meaning at the moment. They are the best team defensively and they are one of the best teams offensively along with us and city. We can't really claim anything of note at the back and neither can arsenal and city. That means everything taken under consideration, they are the best team at the moment overall. They have a very good defence and a very good attack, we only have a very good attack and a decent defence. I'm not putting down Liverpool I'm talking the truth, that is the case at the moment. But we are right up there with them. We win tomorrow and today's result is forgotten, but they have had two very important victories.

Also how where city unlucky to lose? Did you watch the game? Yes they had chances but so did Chelsea, chelsea where clinical and city where not and they where terrrible at the back.

Don't give me that crap about support the team and focus on others, I'm simply talking about the league and what's relevant to us, I'm not saying anything like I want chelseas players or their manager like some idiots would assume (not directed at you Hamilton just putting it out there as some on here only want to talk about Liverpool and how great we are and anything else is blasphemy lol) .

Harry, don't know what post you are referring to as I never gave an opinion on City's defense anywhere in my post. Every man and his dog with two functioning eyes and half a brain cell knows that City has a porous defence so no news there. I commented on the game as a whole and in fact, our defence is much better than City's in every category possible and Chelsea's defence were totally destroyed today but City's strikers fired blanks all game.

I agree Ron, we are the best team so far this season. Chelsea have done well to win 8 in a row obviously but for me their opponents are always in the game. They do concede lots of chances but as yet haven't been put to bed. We are the only team that completely dominate teams not allowing them to create chances or get in to the game. That does mean that the teams we play are very defensive and difficult to break down because it's the only way they can get anything from the game. Sweet you have no idea if you compare our defence to City's. I suggest you take some time to actually watch our games this season and you will see that we are extremely difficult to create chances against. City are quite simply a shambles at the back. It will all be evident at the end of the season when Hendo lifts that trophy.

{Ed025's Note - its hard to tell at this time who is te best team pip. liverpool are certainly one of them along with arsenal chelsea and city, as for hendo lifting the trophy in may...hmmmm..

9 weeks ago no one could see past city. The mancs too was doing good an we was getting beat by Burnley looking bleak with no Karius in goal and no matip. The old adage of " form is temporary " springs to mind. Get to Feb an still be in with a shout will do for me.

Yes Ed it might be too early to say but I'm saying the best team so far because we are the only team that has consistently been completely dominant in games. I am more confident than I have been since the 80s that we will win it this year. I just don't see the weaknesses I saw from Chelsea and City today in our team. Hendo had best start working out because that trophy looks heavy!

Totally agree with you pip mate, so happy with the way things are going, the way we look is definately the best in the league at the moment, i couldn't be more happier and couldn't be more confident that title is ours.

How many of our team would get in to the Chelsea side and vice versa if the two teams were combined?
That would show you which was the side with the most better quality players.

But would all them better players then gel as a team unit? Is another thing?

We are the best team, but for some naive reason people have written off Chelsea.

Chelsea's manager has outwitted the premier leagues Fundamental sensationalist take all mentality tactics, and has slipped under the radar with all the hype of the teams above.

How gullible have people been?

All these England obsessed sensationalist A-level journalists have missed a story here, and have written off a team and manager which oozes class.

Thank God we don't have Europe, as it will be us and Chelsea fighting it out for the league honours, with messers Guardioala and Mourinhio fighting it out for top-gour places and front page headlines.

Overrated league in which humble managers will prevail, with pocchetinho, Klopp and the Chelsea gella fighting it out.
