Happy with the result but always try to look at areas we can improve. Moreno looked no different than usual🤔. Good to see TAA, Ejaria and Woodburn coming through. Is Wilson or any other youngster looking promising? Have been waiting for Wilson especially to get his chance.

I'll always support players in the shirt but Wijnaldum looks a bit slow, hesitant and one footed sometimes. I really want to see him drive forward but he rarely does and his finishing, even when on his overly favoured right foot has been disappointing, especially considering I hoped he'd add goals to our midfield. Maybe I'm being harsh and I hope he can improve but I have to admit I was expecting him to a bit more of a creative.

I thought Wiji did well to be honest. Covered a lot of ground, looked to link up play, got himsefl further forward when it was clear we were lacking some penetration from midfield. I swear to god I was massively sceptical when we signed him but Klopp has played him in a completely different position than I expected and he has improved week on week, I thought he was one of our better players yesterday.

As for the youngsters? Ejaria did little but the playing experience can only be a good thing. I actually don't think Woodburn did all that much (except score) either - again though good experience. Alexander-Arnold was the one who really stood out for me. Looked confident, experienced, willing to try things, full of energy and really contributed to the game for the vast majority of it. It's early days for these lads but AA impressed me, hope we get a few more sights of him this season.

Ejaria put Wijnaldum through for one of our best chances, what game were you watching? Wij was also pretty good, good work defensively, and showed some good touches, in my opinion he did more than Mane.

Is didbbugger a West African striker? Sounds a bit like our own Djimi and Djibril. He could be good!

Seano

Did you thought Klopp bought him to play as an ACM ahead of Firmino, Courtinho and Mane?
Well that was not going to happen in million years.

I still don`t know why Wiji is here but I`m glad to give him time as it seems he`s playing a different role than he did at Newcastle. As for Ejaria, thank Heavens LFC16 and Seano saw what I was seeing, as well. Ejaria bar the through ball to Wiji in the first half, as very poor. He seemed to try to overdo things, overthink and overcomplicate situations instead of just doing the simple things first, before moving to the next phase of play. This left him wasteful in possession and making bad decisions. I`m not slating him because the boy deserves a chance and he will only get better BUT to say he was as good as TAA is way off the mark.

FInally Hamilton hits the bulls eye on Wijinadum. No slating but what does he offer which influence the game.

Actually Harry I did expect him to be played more advanced or even on the wing - but he's been CM from the get go and pretty solid in my opinion. As for what does he offer? For starters his vision and decision making is very good. This helps string together good attacks as well as keep possession. He also has an excellent workrate and concentration and works hard for the full 90. Most significantly he moves the ball on quickly when he can - better than Lallana, Henderson or any other player. He makes decisions quickly and this is a very good attribute in a Klopp system. This is just my opinion but I've been impressed and proven very wrong with my initial feelings on the lad - I hope to continue to be proven very wrong.
