😄

I think Sunderland are worried about them.

No.

They haven't got the depth or the quality to stay the course for the season. They'll finish 6th or 7th which will be a good season for them.

They seem to be alright to be fair. But I would like to see how they fair against tougher opposition. So far they have only really faced Spurs (who they would've lost against had Stekelenberg not made a string of top saves) and then relegation fodder.

I think when they meet some tougher teams they may come unstuck. Definitely looking like fighting for lower European places though.

I have to be honest, apart from derby day, I've got no hatred towards Everton. I hope they do well. It would be nice to see the city buzzing by having both clubs getting back to the top. As long as we finish above them, I don't mind if they have a good season. Is it wrong to think that?

YNWA.

In any case I would prefer them in the top 4 over any of the Manchesters, Chelsea and Arsenal, as long as we get 6 points against them. But very early days.

I would love it if we finished 1st and they finished 2nd every year that's how it was when I first started following football. To be fair MK Spurs were pretty awful against them and only got going halfway through 2nd half. I think Sunderland and Boro will be bottom 6 and can't think who else they faced. So just to clarify no I'm not worried if at xmas they're still ahead of us then maybe I will.

Everton have a top top manager.

He's seen it all and done it all as a player.

Even the way he is managing Barkley speaks volumes for him.

Its getting better and better around the top of the prem.

Im glad we have a manager who is comfortable and confident in that company.

They are above us and don't look like faltering any time soon. I think it's a bit arrogant of our fans to just assume that we will do better than them.

They have looked good so far, against lower opposition for the most part. We will see what they are made of when they play much tougher opposition because apart from spurs they haven't played any one of note, which I think will show their frailties. Having said that, they have done what we always fail to do, which is beat all the lower opposition. All the 'top teams' have done well so far, as I expected this will be a much tighter season than last with a lot more quality.

Hull are doing ok, we should watch out for them. West hams michral Antonio is a midfielder as top scorer £80mil? Bargain.

Why on earth would any of you want that s###e to do well? I would party 🎉 for a month if they went down. Horrible club with the worst supporters in Europe.

This Everton is Koeman'so Everton not Martinez Everton. We will have problems against them if we think we can steamroll over them like last season. The team need to knuckle down.

It wasnt that long ago that both sets of supporters mingled at matches. What changed? Now its pure hatred, sad really. Jealousy? Modern day fan?
