I am struggling to understand how managers like mourinho, guardiola and conte are getting the results with new signings buy still managing to deal with the crap players left behind by the previous managers. For us we are 'learning from every loss' or bad performance.

There is also the fact that they are inheriting squads that have been in the top 4 pretty much every one of the previous ten seasons so by definition these squads only need tweaking. Liverpool's average position over the last seven seasons is actually between 6th and 7th suggesting the need for bigger changes either by buying new players or improving the current players through training both of which will take longer.
These wholesale changes seem to have been going on ever since Souness took over the last Liverpool team to win the league title.
