Unbelievable really. I just cannot get my head around the negativity. 4 points from 3 away games, 2 against title contenders?! Burnley game was poor, but people need to get over it. There is just no perspective on these pages anymore.

Smashing teams? Hardly think so. You have to be able to dominate midfield and defend well. We have far too many obvious weaknesses and deficiencies that our opponents can easily exploit. Can you honestly hand on heart say that you're happy with Lallana and Wijnaldum in centre midfield? Or happy that our fullbacks have no concept of defending? Or statistically (and factually) the worst keeper in the premier league? We're a mid table team with mid table players getting mid table results at best.

I can also not wait till we start smashing teams. I wait for it about 25 years. Every year same old promises here by naive fans like you. Last year when BR was still in charge people like you promised that we would soon start smashing teams. We may smash some but we will draw with other and lose to some. How does playing the game has anything to do with it? Also I have still didn't read one pundit and many of them played a lot of football, that after the Burnely game think we would finish top 4 let alone smash teams. Nothing but fantasies and wishful thinking.

What do you lot want? Any team in this league can batter any other team on the day. We have played 2 realistic title contenders at there gaffs won 1 an drew 1. Consistency will come Milner will become a better LB than Moreno. My only grievance wish some of you would fook off with your expert analysis.

Waro I did comment that we should be happy with the points and we are yet to play at Anfield, also when we click we could be a very dangerous attacking team. Just think everyone is fed up with players out of position and not targeting players we need first. I was also one of the few that said keep moreno but let's get someone in to take the pressure of him, maybe he just might raise his game. The one thing I do think is crazy is leaving Studge on the bench, if he can stay fit. And he seems to be doing that he has got over 20 goals a season in him. Play to our strengths and use players where they should be. We got to trust klopp though he's the Boss simple as that.

27 Aug 2016 22:14:41
Frankly who? Change your sign in name lad, your not worthy!

Fanobip, listening to pundits, hahaha your a total disgrace fella and you've shamed yourself with those comments.

So you've been waiting twenty five years have you, well I think you've waited quite long enough, there's a coach leaving in the morning bound for Stamford Bridge with stops at the etihad and old Trafford, feel free to jump on board and get off at the one you feel will test your patience the least and ask franklymrferguson if he wants to join you with a picnic.

Worst kind of supporter, what am I saying supporter 😂😂, sorry I ment doomsayer.

Early days yet with lots of changes still to click.
New keeper to come in, new centre back to bed in.
Yet we still picked up points away at spurs and arsenal.
Not too shabby that, fair enough if you want to critisise certain players or aspects of our play, but don't be writing off the season already like. Going to be a good season this.

2-those delusional fans only see problems that must he fixed now or else tomorrow liverpool is relegated

3- those fans live perfect lives.

I suppose its a good thing that no-one really cares what you think Waro. These are the stupid posts that I find most annoying. The 'I am a better fan than though' posts. If you disagree with whatever is said hit the disagree button. Any post is just one persons opinion, it matters no more or no less than the next persons opinion. Get over it.

I enjoy watching the team. The improvement under Klopp is taking shape. You can see the pattern of play becoming better by each game as well. The players look like a team who want to win, but in a large squad you aren't going to keep everyone happy. They have areas to work on, consistency being one, but Rome isn't built in a day. There is a real plan being worked up. It's a shame that we didn't get the points today. The PL is getting tougher and tougher that's for sure.

No not really irish rover, I'm finally happy with our genuine world class manager, the first one we've had since rafa, and I'm staggered that there are people questioning him and he hasn't even had ONE SEASON in charge and hasn't even got out of his FIRST SPENDING TRANSFER WINDOW.

If people can't give Jurgen klopp there patience and support then I think there a disgrace and I honestly (and I can't stress this enough) couldn't care less what people on here think of me or whether or not they think I'm a bad fan.

I didn't want hodgson and said it at the time but gave him the benefit of the doubt and my support until he was sacked, I didn't want Rodgers and was still reeling from Kenny being sacked for him but gave him my support and I said so at the time, and I stressed that my support for him would be for the same amount if time that the owners gave Kenny. Once that time passed by I voiced my disappointment with what he was doing and stood and stand by it, I am prepared to give klopp far longer not because I'm a number one fan but because he's the real deal and not some clown who kept a few teams up in the premier league or a encyclopedia salesman who blagged a top job with a thousand word dissatation.

Be careful what you wish for because Tony pulis might fancy the job when you drive klopp out, and I'm sure he'll get you the left back you crave and the solid defence your after! Can't believe we're even having this debate I'm staggered . I'm up at five for work so this is my last post tonight but feel free to continue this tomorrow night because I'll be looking forward to having a go at you dickheads.

thought we did well today, and Manes goal was incorrectly ruled out. Our progress is real and the burnley result will hopefully prove to be a strange anomaly in an otherwise trophy laden season 👍👍👍.

15.) 28 Aug 2016
27 Aug 2016 23:40:40
It is not a perfect start but hopefully this international break will give the manager (and players) time to iron out some of the problems we have been having, most notably the poor defending from the full backs (Milner and Clyne both at fault today for the Spurs goal for example) .

With Karius and Emre Can to return, and Origi and Sturridge ready, and Matip and Grujic being eased in, I think we will get better as the season goes on. I think there is no problem with constructive criticism even against Klopp but some of you are using the past failing of other managers, owners and players to judge Klopp (waiting 25 years etc) which is counter-productive IMO.

I agree with Waro that Klopp is the best manager we have ahd since Rafa and one who can help us get back to the level we want to. Frustrating as it maybe sometimes to see Milner at LB or Sturridge on the bench, I think he made the right call with team selection today.

28 Aug 2016 00:07:21
All of you need to relax. Waro is right, we'll be fine. It took years to screw this club up, it will not be fixed over night. I guarantee that if asked before the season most of you would be happy with 4 points after the first 3 matches especially with the all being on the road. Focus on the positives from today. Yes, we should have won, but It's a LONG season. We'll be fine. We will smash Leicester.

18.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 00:07:59
Absolutely with you Waro.

There's too many posters on here that think they're match analysis experts - it's embarrassing!

Franklymrshankly is not worthy of that username, I've said it before. Just negatives, negatives, negatives.

A draw away at Spurs is really not that bad, and yet people are crying and moaning. It's the same posters every single bloody week too.

19.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 00:35:05
Bunch of cry-babies who can't cope with life's losses. If Liverpool ever get relegated, its transparent half its modern day 'fans' will be jumping ship to a new Premier League team. Success isn't a god-given right but it will come a lot easier if there is support and belief. Half the posters on here have given up the season after one win and a draw and want a new manager and 80m pin-up boy striker paid for by any old unethical billionaire.
I am way more saddened by some fans' response to games like this than i am by losing the game itself. It is quite pathetic.

20.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 00:50:02
All I'll ask is, are you absolutely satisfied with us being mediocre? We're simply not at all capable of getting top six, we have an unbalanced squad and not enough quality in key areas. Everyone who thinks that we're good enough to compete will be in for a shock when we play the likes of Chelsea, City or Man United let alone West Ham, Watford etc. We couldn't beat Burnley . Once again we've wasted another transfer window by (a) not bringing in a quality left back (b) wasting 25m (? ) on Wijnaldum who simply wasn't a player we needed when we're chronically short of a midfielder who can actually tackle and control midfield. At the end of the day this will be another season where we end without a trophy and another season we're unlikely to qualify for Europe. Take your rose tinted glasses off for five seconds and you'll realise that all is not well.

21.) 28 Aug 2016
27 Aug 2016 23:52:48
I agree with waro completely on this one, some of you are a disgrace. Okay the burnley loss was bad no denying it, but we didn't just play burnley, we played Spurs and all this abuse after the Spurs game is a crazy kind of stupid, okay we could and should of won, but we got a point playing last years 2nd place finishers on there own turf, and you lot are suddenly thinking that means klopps doing a bad job, the only reason you think that is because of how well the team played and you're disappointed in a draw, so go find the contradiction you fake bunch of muppets, I don't genuinely do rants like this but I'm fed up of reading the bull being posted from you spoons, get a grip of yourselves and get behind the team, and if you can't do that then support a different team because your destroying what the club has always been about, okay I'm done, good night.

22.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 01:17:32
"We're simply not at all capable of getting top six"

Sorry, that crosses the line. That's not opinion, it's stated as though it is fact when in reality it is a load of nonsense.

We are more than capable of winning the league, let alone this top 4, top 6 malarkey.

23.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 01:20:59
Waro I've never agreed with your negative view of the owners, but on this issue I think you are 1000% right.
This is not about Waro trying to prove he is a better fan- it is about staying positive after a single bad setback at burnley.
And if you can't manage to support your team after one bad result, then what you are is actually a critic of the team or a troĺl- you are certainly not a supporter.
To call for this managers head after three games shows that you are not a supporter- not in any meaningful sense if the word.

24.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 02:20:31
Frankly, no one is happy with mediocrity. But some of us will step back a bit and bother to take notice that a) bar some magic cup runs, we've been average for decades and b) the current crop are establishing their playing identity. That doesn't just happen at the click of a finger.

25.) 28 Aug 2016
28 Aug 2016 01:47:16
Waro, it hunk some perspective is needed here. It is true that some posters on here are never happy and remain negative even when we win and that is not fair and I also admit that before the game, I would have taken a point. Like many others would have. However as much as I agree that we dominated Spurs to day and should have been out of sight before they scored, some of what is being said about the team's unsolved weaknesses are still there and need to be fixed. The same individuals who have committed error int he past are still here and they are still committing these errors that are costing us goals as in, our fullbacks and Migs. Klopp has addressed some of them with Matip at CB, Karius in goal and Mane on the wing. However, the LB issue is a shambles even tho, Milner was solid today. Also, our midfield is unbalanced with A woeful Lallana and a luxury in Wijnaldum who both offer nothing offensively or defensively, which leaves Hendo exposed at the DM position, a position he's not suited to, IMO. Can and Hendo should be starting with even Grujic ahead of them. Also, our fullbacks are week and Clyne has cost us two goals already this season hence, why Klopp wants him gone. We lost 19 points from winning positions last season and still can't keep a clean sheet even tho we have no issues scoring goals. These are legitimate concerns that need to be pointed out. I love Klopp and think he's the best thing to happen to us since Rafa but he's not above blame here because he picks the team. With all that said tho, it's still early and there's room for improvement. Keep the faith, guys!

Your glass isn't just half empty, Frankly, you didn't even bother buying a drink.

28 Aug 2016 02:29:42
Really Frankly because we've done alright against Arsenal and Spurs, 2 teams vying for a top 4 spot or maybe more. I definitely think we can make top 4, we just need to avoid repeat 'Burnley' performances against smaller teams we should be easily beating.

Agree with Waro. There is progress in the Liverpool team. Klopp can take us all the way to the top but it needs time. Hence a little patience is required from the fans.

Waro becoming Lfc number 1 fan boy after all the crap he's given other posters. But that's OK because he rates Klopp better than Rodgers - that's how support works people! How long til he turns on the club and owners again?

And Ron being outraged at silly opinions being stated as fact when he states that lfc WILL win every game and end up as champions! You crossed your own line, it seems.

Priceless thread 😆.
