Win your home games, draw your away games and your in the champs league. Chuck in a couple wins on the road and your competing for the title.

You would think we lost our opening 3 the way the posts are looking.

4 points from 3 away games and through to the next round of the cup is a solid start. Not great, but not awful.

A win next week and all will be rosey. We already have two of the hardest fixtures out the way.

Sorry there has been no loan report, I have been on hols. Back now and will post one monday.

For me carra it's like we don't learn from our mistakes. Yet again players out of position and being used in roles they are not used to. Not having a dig at any players or klopp. Watching the man u hull game, Hull defended like beasts. Who gets the 3 points though. I just really want to see us have a banging season, only time will tell how costly those draws will be.

2 of our rivals for top 4 have 9 point from 9, the third will have it tomorrow. In recent years we weren't so great in home games because teams close thier games even more. If you need to tell yourself stories feel free but its all just wishful thinging. 5-6 at best.

If agree with you, Carra. However, we are conceding too many goals not because teams are cutting us open but because our players keep making individual mistakes especially our fullbacks, that is costing us goals. This is what makes it look like we aren't making the progress we need to make. Today, we were outstanding at times and cut them open at will with our aggressive play and ball movement in transition. However, we can't keep a clean sheet because it seems that someone will always screw up to undo the good work the team as a whole has made and today was another example of that. Frustratin, really.

Fanobip those 3 (Chelsea, Utd and city) are competing for the title.

We are competing for fourth against arsenal and spurs. To expect anything more this season is unrealistic.

Point away against a top side. don't mind what our rivals are doing. i honestly think over the first 3 games, when you take into account the teams nd venues we've played at there hasn't been a better team so far.

I just came off 20 days of work so missed first two games so I loved watching the match last night lots of positives for me, i do understand frustrated fans on some points but for me we have a really good side here, ynwa.

But how many of our rivals have played 2 of last years top 3 away in their first 3 games?! That's 2 of our hardest games out of the way with 4 points to show for it. Not bad in my book. Yes Burnley was disappointing but let's be positive and move on to the next one!
