Thank God as this makes no sense getting a player who can't be #1 over Fuchs! we can and must look at better options and i know if he wasn't english he not be so highly rated. would be markovic all over again waste of money.

Still don't understand the logic going on - if he was our first choice to sign which the way we went about this suggests, if we go out and spend more to get an alternative it doesn't make sense. We need a left back, we spend money on players filling positions we have options in and we won't spend a relatively small amount to get someone we really need.
