Eds is it the Work permits the reason we haven't seen Taiwo Awoniyi and the brazilian Allan in any of the past friendlies? Was looking forward to seeing both especially Awoniyi.

I know it's complicated but am right in thinking the club knows they wouldn't be able to play them but getting them early and waiting for clearance is a good thing because personally the rave reviews Allan gets from klopp makes me wonder how long he'll stay if he can't play, my question why do clubs buy players we may not be able to play.
