Now I'm the first to say that I know squat. I'm just a "since '77" Australian LFC supporter living Italy living their highs and lows with a little too much emotional investment BUT but the voices in my head tell me with good authority that Goetze will play for LFC. He's playing an extraordinary game of brinkmanship with Bayern and will arrive cheaply in Merseyside when Klopp coughs and Rumenigge blinks. As I say, the voices don't lie.

If there was ever any question of "tapping up" by Klopp, I suppose it doesn't hurt that Bayern have publicly told the player to go.

He could potentially be very good, but I can also see it being a bit of a disaster for the clubs PR if he doesn't rein in the social media stuff.
