Went to the game last night and returned very early this morning with very mixed emotions.

The first half was horrible to watch. The football was predictable and to be quite honest didn't look any better than the dull and uninspired later games under Rogers. What really concerned me was Klopps body language.

He was cross armed (defensive), escaping certain moments by turning away sometimes with his eyes shut (scared or frightened), I lost count of how many times he looked to the skies (generally lost or seeking divine intervention) . His mood is very different.

Second half improved but not by much. Stoke did a number on us and is pretty much a blue print to any club we play against. The only thing we were really okay with was getting to the second ball. We played back more than I have seen in a while and considering Stoke had good possession this just amplifies the fact that some of these players will never be good enough.

Jo Allen is one of these players in my opinion and he was as good as I have seen last night. In fact better than most.

This squad is a good way from CL and will never win a title.

As far as Klopp is concerned, I just wonder if Ed002 thoughts on him are correct and perhaps he is not entirely the right answer to LFC. I really hope not.

I know many will disagree with saying something like this but I would suggest they need to look at him closely and realise how quickly he has changed - body language wise anyway

On a positive note, find tickets for the final. Its been a while.

I think your reading in to it too much. He obviously loves the club hence the reason being very nervous I myself couldn't watch the penalties just like him. he's took us to a final in 4 months, with a team he has had no input to.

What does that day about him as a manager I have every faith he will bring back the glory says.

I hope you are right Chris. As a matter of interest. did you go last night?

I wasn't just talking about the pens mate, that I can understand.

I think you're reading too much into this.
He's probably nervous as he doesn't have complete faith in the squad (so many of the fans don't)
You've got to remember that these players are not Klopps, They're Rodgers signings.
Just the sheer calibre of players we are being linked too shows me we can attract quality. Klopp can attract quality that Brendan couldn't (Gerrard texting players to come)

I think we need to enjoy the fact that we're actually going to Wembley. Klopp has taken us to the final.
I have complete faith in the guy. And when he gets the players he wants I think we'll be s force to be reckon with.

He shows emotions just like a fan I'm sure you were frustrated at times, I wouldn't read to much into it. Rafa showed no emotions but loved the club. Klopp is human that's invested in the game and winning watch him at Dortmand you'll see some of the same body language.

You need to stop panicking, we all knew it would be a bumpy ride.

He's nervous and looking for divine inspiration because he knows he can't trust half of the players.

He is the right Manager for sure IMO. I don't mind him being nervous, frustrated or too scared to look. He is a passionate manager and also he has a right to be nervous because we do fumble a lot of simple things currently.
But this is not his chosen squad. Once he has his own players (if he can get them) then he can be judged, but we are in the final, although we didn't play well at all.
On a positive Flanagan i thought was amazing considering how long he has been out. A future captain i would not mind betting.

Wow. the guy has been here only 4 months.

And really think you should not bring ED02 in this because every time we need to bring someone in the club, we can't have ED02 analyze their body language.

pathetic post,

questioning him after 4 months? have you seen how he celebrated that 5th goal against norwich or most of our goals in fact.

he's a passionate/ emotional guy who wears his heart on his sleeve.

why are fans always looking for something that isn't there or a conspiracy theory?
