If Lacazette has a price-tag of something like £37-to-£40m, now that Sterling's transfer money is confirmed, wouldn't LFC be in condition to negotiate a transfer for him? Is that valuation of Lacazette something far away for us?
Or is the Sterling money already assigned to the previous signings in the season such as Firmino, Clyne and possible Ings?

If Benteke is our only option, I really hope it doesn't come through. Would rather give a try to what we have + some small contribution from youngsters when needed to rotate.
