Question for the eds if u have time.
what do u think of eduardo vargas ?
i doubt he would cost half of what benteke would and i'm sure he would fit a high pressing game better?

Thanks for the reply ed. I know we have no interest in him i'm just baffled at the amount of money we seem likely to throw at benteke,it smacks of carrol. I don't understand why our scouts can't find a more suitable striker. Ings is more suited and i hope he gets a chance and support from the stands.

Im not saying i don't rate benteke the blokes a machine that played to correctly will score goals for fun. We have balotelli and lambert for plan b and that didnt/doesnt work but never the less il get behind who ever we sign.

I don't get all the fans saying he ain't good enough, we need to give the lad a chance. Imo he's going to do well and score a lot of goals in our shirt.

There isn't many people on here who said he is not good enough more he is not the type of striker we need.
