I have just seen Brendan's interview about his formation next year and why he signed Milner.

He's going to play a 4-2-3-2 formation.

He thinks we will have enough legs to out work the opposition and we should always have a player in space to create a chance.

Like the 12 man approach, outstanding new tactics and yes should always leave someone in space. Looking forward to terrific next season now I know we're in safe special hands. Okay.

I think he is just testing boundaries with the new philosophy. Why have a goalkeeper when we play possession based football. Just retain possession, press hard.

Personally think Milner is a good addition to the team, I just don't know where he will play. Unless this means keeping Can at rb, which is just a crime against football.
