Ahoy - a begging post for the charity game tomorrow, please can everybody attending, or looking to donate please please please give generously to Positive Futures who are one of the designated charities. Alder Hey is a fantastic facility and will enjoy the bulk of the funds raised tomorrow - however Positive Futures will directly help the Anfield Community and hopefully assist some people from under privileged backgrounds find employment, education, accommodation and ultimately a pathway and purpose in life.

Positive futures CEO (Claire) has operated this charity on a shoe string for a number of years, lobbying councils, MP's and Westminister to assist in regenerating and supporting local areas to benefit the kids, often to her own personal detriment ( she is a friend of mine and first hand I have seen the effort and personal sacrifices to keep PF afloat eg working from a hospital bed following a serious accident 24 hours earlier ). Her passion and belief in the charity is both refreshing and infectious.

Please donate and support Positive Futures as every pound for them is honestly appreciated by the CEO and will be re-invested in the Anfield area.
