Hi all, I’ve got a question for Ed002. Do you know the latest on the Premier League’s search for a new Chief Executive? It’s been almost a year and a half since Scudamore stood down, have you heard about any issues behind the scenes?

Appreciate it’s not really a Liverpool post, but still relevant.

{Ed002's Note - After the false start with Susanna Dineage an offer was made to someone else who after consideration declined the role. A third party company working on behalf of the Premier League found them some potential candidates but none were suitable. The plan remains to fill the role before the end of the year and another third party is working the issue. Separately the Premier League do have someone in mind, but he would need persuading - and I rather doubt he will be.}
