What's the latest on Harvey Elliot Ed's?

He seemed imminent a few weeks ago but now all is quiet?
Has the deal hit a snag or are both sides just taking there time over finalising the move?

He has to arrive on a scholarship I believe from what I’ve read. My question is if he cannot sign pro forms yet is there possibility he comes to us, but is then snapped up by somewhere else on pro forms?
