So solanke and Clyne going to Bournemouth
Reading that ki Jana hoever to provide cover at right back
My question is when is Brewster back or to begin training as is he to fill solanke place in the squad.

I read a while ago that Brewster was expected back in training in January. I'd imagine since Solanke has gone on a permanent deal that Brewster is close to a comeback.

Wow. I remember posting that we'd signed and got international clearance for Ki Jana Hoever 2-3 months ago. I can't believe he's progressed so much so fast. He's only 16 and considered ready to be back up for the first team. To be honest, Dhfc, I had to Google him, as I couldn't believe he'd pushed on so quick.

ki Jana is a kid, he shouldn’t be expected to provide cover when there’s this much pressure on a season. I’m assuming Milner and Fabinho are ahead of him and that clyne must of been an incentive for how much Bournemouth ended up paying for Solanke. Otherwise we should have kept clyne as a solid back up option.

That being said £19m for Solanke is very good business seeing as we’ve still got origi and sturridge for cover. If we could get a few more off the books and get decent amounts for them then we might possibly bring someone in before the end of the window.

Kman92, so you wouldn't let Ryan Sessegnon provide cover for left back either? If you're good enough, you're old enough.

I wonder if origi will be in demand in January cos if solanke going for 19 mill, origi worth 25 million, and maybe we could get another forward, Werner would be nice.

Epic- Ryan Sessegnon is 18 with nearly 100 first team appearances, Hoever is 16 with not one first team appearance so not the greatest comparison.
I am however exited to see if he can get gametime, always good to see young lads break through.

Cobra666- But many on here were desperate than we signed him when he was 16. You don't just suddenly have 100 first team appearances. It always starts with 1.

Cobra 😂😂😂 did sessegnon get all those appearances for his 18th birthday? Or did he start making them when he was 15 or 16.

So when are we signing Sessegnon? Kidding. I've been following Ki Jana since he signed so I'm caught between hoping he gets the opportunity to play and wishing we wouldn't rush him into the first team. He may just be someone Klopp wants around the first team to help with his growth. I can't see him making his debut when we are 4 points up and can't afford any mistakes.

{Ed002's Note - He is simply there as cover for injuries. If he makes his debut it will be in the FA Cup not the league at this time.}
