Reports from Le Parisien in France that we have made a €60 million offer for Fekir but it may not be enough.

According to some reports Fekir and his representives want it done before the world cup lyon want it after just in case his stock rises.

If LFC want it done offer them the 70m€ they want and be done with it.

Then move onto a keeper (Not Butland) 🤞.

According to some reports Fekir and his representives want it done before the world cup but lyon want it after hoping his stock will rise. We have offered 52.6million pounds €60million euros but lyon is not entertaining it and will only listen to €70m. Time will tell ill check again in an hour 😂

Get fekir sign a keeper not butland 🤞 and possibly a lb and we are sorted.

I think Fekir should be telling Lyon he wants the move so it can be sorted out.

Cos we all loved Suarez, couts, Torres, mascherano etc for doing just that!
Strange how when we want a player we are more than happy for them to force their way out of a club.

Fekir has told Lyon already about moving the fact it is my team is just circumstantial. The club were aware he was considering offers so it’s no surprise. Best for all parties to strike the deal and move forward. I was actually saying same with Coutinho.

Don’t agree on a left back, Gunga, not high on priorities given limited resources.

We have Moreno, for now, as well as Gallagher and Lewis in the u23s. Not forgetting Milner.

I’d much rather get the likes of Fekir and Alisson and live with the LB cover we have for Robbo, than get people like Zaha and Butland as well as a few others.

We’re not City or Utd, we can’t fix every position, and backups, in one window.

Just trying to have enough warm bodies for every position is what killed Rodgers, and Klopp doesn’t appear to share that philosophy, thank god!

Difference being that Fekir has let it be known for a while he willleave, has told the club well in advance and will almost certainly leave with more dignity than any of the others, he won’t have to go on strike or fake injuries to move.

Swishcleaner - why is that strange? We love our team winning. We hate when other teams beat us. We love when players want to join us. We hate when they want to leave us (if they are any good anyway) . It's not even hypocrisy, it's just the fun of sport - it's socially acceptable to be entirely selfish to your tribe.

Seen that myself but it’s twitter so I wouldn’t believe a word until you see it on the Liverpool FC official page, probably announce it in a hour like last night ha!
