Reports from France saying Fekir is 99% completed and a 62 million deal has been agreed.

I'm sure negotiations, and agent discussions, are taking place right now but official announcements concerning signings will be made after the Champions League final. Otherwise, targets may be snapped up before we can even sound out their interest in joining us.

Fingers crossed Fekir does sign because he is an outstanding talent. I know he is used to play in offensive positions but I honestly think he can occupy the same position Coutinho did when he played midfield for us. The boy has all the qualities to play such a position, only thing that concerns me is his injury record. But hopefully he is over the worst of it.

Pretty sure the deal is done. Most reliable French outlets and journalists saying the same and providing the same specific details of the deal.
LFC are obviously keeping the deal under wraps till after the UCL final. Klopp does not need any distractions right now.

This proves what Macca said last summer. He said the club was looking at a French international, but it is someone that no one is thinking of. Everyone kept saying Lemar and Griezman. He did message the name to one of the the Eds can any of them confirm this was the name he messaged you.

One thing I've learnt over the past god knows how many years is to not get excited about a transfer until it's done. Things can change so quickly, these days I just like to wait and see what happens and hope for the best because every time I get excited about a player potentially joining it never bloody happens!

So I'm thinking right now, Fekir isn't signing for us, if he does, it's a pleasant surprise.

The majority of the time a player doesn't sign it's because it was never happening in the first place. The press need to make money, so they spout any old garbage on a regular basis.
It's amazing how many people still believe nearly everything they read about transfer happenings.
