Kloppsreds17, you asked where Ed002 said about Fekir and Fernandes, so i've put together a quick overview of all the latest info we have been given by the Eds. I save the important replies on confirmed Transfer targets so I can try and watch them!

ATTACK

{Ed002's Note - As a special treat. Liverpool have no agreement in place for Lemar, Maddison, Fekir nor any other of the done deals at this time. They will look to adding a versatile attacking midfield player as an effective replacement for Coutinho. AS has been explained a number of options have been looked at and there are scouts still looking at players across Europe and they will have looked at the likes of Fernandes, Fekir, Draxler etc. Specifically, the Lyon Sporting Director has spoken recently (since Fekir reurned from injury) with two sides, one English and one Spanish but Lyon would like the player to stay and are very difficult to deal with. Arsenal has had a long-term interest in Fekir but whether the new senior management will continue the interest AW had in the player is unclear at the moment. So right now Fekir has certainly been watched by Liverpool but they have not discussed anything with the Lyon owner or Sporting Director - but perhaps they will. }

MIDFIELD

{Ed001's Note - we did look at Jorginho, Seri, Weigl, Torreira and Lo Celso off the top of my head. }

{Ed001's Note - I will try and do something if I get some time mate, can't promise anything though Ceballos is still number one target. }

RIGHT BACK

{Ed001's Note - yes right back, we have looked at hundreds mate, bit soon to get certain names of the likely targets. We have looked at Hysaj, but I would expect him to be out of reach now with Napoli not wanting to sell. The Sociedad right back Odriozola, though he is a bit too attacking for my liking, as he also play midfield. There are a few in Germany, Heinrichs, Elvedi and Weiser and the Leipzig one, whose name I have forgotten. Lots more too though how many of them will even be in the thinking when it comes time to try and buy one I don't know right now. Oh Bilbao's right back. }

GOAL KEEPER

{Ed001's Note - we are also keen on Pepe Reina as an alternative to Navas by the way. If Ward goes, as seems likely, we will look out for a 3rd keeper who can also work as a coach, but it is not seen as a priority. To be honest I think, and this is just an opinion, it will be left for now and Klopp will just take a chance on no injuries happening. }

So those are the latest confirmed targets, but you can scratch out Weiser who has signed for Leverkusen, and Jorginho who is likely to sign for Manchester City.

markp08, I'm not sure Fekir is certain to move anywhere next season if what his father has said in the last day or so is correct, that he wishes to play for his boyhood club ( Lyon ) if they secure CL for next season.

Hi everyone, new to this site.
I'm from Germany, so i just thought i'd tell you what i know about the RBs from Germany, that were mentioned.
Henrichs is a young talent, has played a few games from the start and been subbed on a few times. Bayern have been linked with him after a few good performances at the beginning of the season, but could have just been paper talk. Not so good lately and i don't think we need that now.
Elvedi is originally CB, he's doing well at RB, but offensively he's not enough of a threat.
Weiser is going to Leverkusen, so he's out and it tells you another story about Henrichs.
The guy from Leipzig is named Klostermann and he's a real talent. Unbelievably quick, has to work on his positioning though. He had to recover from a long term injury, but his been back in the Leipzig squad lately. Might have actually been and might still be a surprise candidate for the Germany World Cup squad. He would be the one i would try to sign ;)
