I just read the following, is there any truth to this?

'In January, when Liverpool pushed to bring forward Naby Keïta’s move to Anfield, RB Leipzig officials responded with a request of their own. They suggested that a deal involving Trent Alexander-Arnold would be one solution to smoothing Keïta’s early arrival.

Liverpool dismissed the idea, and with it their hopes of landing Naby Keita ahead of schedule. Yet Leipzig’s interest, coupled with Liverpool’s intransigence, speaks volumes for a player who is destined to go places regardless. '

Interesting if so, cheeky buggers hands off!

{Ed002's Note - No. Liverpool have already paid a significant premium over the asking price and were told it would take more - that was the end of it.}

LFC would be wise to invest in Timo wernier he is going to be some player goal scorer chases back just like bobby and him and Naby have very good understanding it would really be a no brainier to put in a bid for the lad.

No doubting his quality but bringing in Werner sends the wrong kind of signal to Firmino, Ings, Solanke and even Origi (who's coming back this summer) . I'd much rather focus on a really good AM.

Unfortunately ings origi need to be moved on for their careers sake. Solanke should get minutes in games already won plus cup games.
If the two I mentioned are to leave weiner would be a great addition to our team. Allows firmimo to have a rest.

I see Origi leaving the summer. Ings is a little more up in the air. Don't think Solanke is anywhere near his finished product and I don't want to lose him. I think he has the ability to be a star in the league but maybe needs a good run of games to get his confidence up -- ie. a loan move. Of course, that leaves us a bit short on numbers going into the the next season but I see investment coming and we may bring in another attacking player. Lallana has had a torrid time with injuries this year but probably won't go anywwere. Milner, how many times does the lad have to prove himself to be valued by his club? Successful everywhere and every position he goes. Hope he stays as long as he's got the legs. Can probably will move on and will be missed if Keita takes a while to adjust. That said, I'm very excited about Naby playing behind and as a part of that forward line and don't see us needing much more to challenge for every prize.
