So yet again we are chasing a player (Lemar) whos club have said is not for sale! I hope we have something else up our sleeve else its only going to end one way.

so would you propose we only chase players that are for stated for sale? the fact those clubs want rid of them is that the level of player we should be aiming for?

Asking from an uneducated position, as I don’t recall ever having seen him play, but is he actually worth the sizeable offer it would take to get him?

All clubs say there players aren't for sale, only last window where they actually honest xD
But don't forget i’m sure they accepted a bid from Arsenal in the summer for him.

Ultimately if you want to play on a par with the big boys you have to do what they do and go for the best players regardless of whether or not they are available. Abd in this day and age it seems most are whether or not their clubs realise it.
