I think they might struggle to offload him. If unt and Chelsea decide they don't want to take him he might decide to stay at Madrid picking up his not insignificant wages as I think they would be the only 2 teams that might be interested that can afford to pay him. Obviously city could but they don't need him. PSG and Barcelona will have no interest, I'm not even sure Chelsea would want him if they hold on to hazard and bring lemar in. He really needs man unt to do him a favour and 80mil is a lot of money for someone who doesn't have a great injury record.

Few of things about this one, firstly that Bale is injured a lot, he is not getting any younger (I think he is 29 or so? ), he has publicly stated on social media that he wouldn't ever want to play for us years ago so he is as welcome here as a taco in an elevator. I agree with Man on the Moon, Verane, Asensio and Kovacic and its a deal.

There's a quick way to filter these rumours. If the player already gets paid over £150k a week we are not signing him, we don't pay those kind of wages same as spurs. The trouble is players like sterling, walker, young, Cahill get paid more than our cap nowerdays.
