I always find this impression that Big Sam is a poor manager confusing.
The man took Bolton into European competition with players like Jay Jay Okocha, Ivan Campo, Nicolas Anelka and Jussi Juslaaken. He was one of the first to bring in all the nutritionists and statisticians that every club has now.
He has been at clubs where his safest option has been to play a certain style of football. I have always felt he would have played more expansive football if he had got a job at a club with more ambition than those he has been at.
Different discussion thread I know, just think British managers aren't often given opportunities at top clubs because foreign coaches are more fashionable.
Think we will beat Everton, our attack is too good for their shaky defense at the minute.

There is a reason why this is fat Sams seventh premier league management position. If he was that good, he wouldn’t have been at so many clubs.
