If it results in VVD and Lemar and we get the best price possible for a player who not only doesn't want to play for us but has been agitating for a move for over a year then it's fine. The club will be there on 1/ 9/ 17 Coutinho or not.

If it's true the figure is staggering for a player who is potential rather than the finished article.

He may eventually get into the bracket of Messi and Suarez eventually but he isn't there yet.

Plus by ed001's comments Klopp has let him go due to his behaviour, don't want a bad egg around the club so unfortunately we let him go.

Red Phil, do you think we are splashing all this cash (£145.000.000) because we know we are getting loads of the neymar money. Because Phil is off.

I'm so torn about pc. One minute I want him to go and get it over with. He doesn't want to play for us. Saying he us injured when actually he is in perfect condition for Brazil game.

The next minute I just want us to stand firm and we know pc will have to play well because of world cup.

Red Phil, I hope I didn't come across rude in that post. It was a genuine question. Interested in your view. Of course I'd like Phil to put his boots on for us again but we seem to be offering a lot of cash for players atm, and to me it seems like we are spending cout's money.
